About This Lawyer
Keith Macey received his law degree from the University of Alberta in 2005. He was admitted to the Law Society of Alberta in 2006 and was called to the NWT Bar in 2011. He has been involved in a variety of cases and has gained experience in the diversity of the legal matters handled by the law firm. Keith’s prior involvement in administrative law has taken him to various locations in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut. Currently, Keith’s practice is composed entirely of personal injury matters in Alberta and the Northwest Territories.
Active in the community, Keith served as a volunteer on the Long Term Care Unit at Calgary’s Foothills Hospital from 1997 to 1998. He was a member and volunteer event organizer of the Calgary Tennis Club from 1998 to 1999. Keith served as a volunteer board member for the County Clothesline Foundation in Strathcona County from 2009 to 2013. As an ongoing member of the Canadian Bar Association, he has been enrolled in the Junior Lawyer’s section in 2005 to 2006, the Health Law section in 2006 to 2007, the Employment Law and Civil Litigation sections in 2007 to 2008, and the Insurance Law section from 2008 to present. Keith has been a member of the Alberta Civil Trial Lawyers Association since 2007.
